Customers order online, orders appear on a tablet behind the bar where staff acknowledge the order, sending it automatically to the kitchen. Once the order is ready, staff press another button to notify the customer by email and SMS that the order is ready for collection. Payment all happens online before the order is visible to the establishment and a daily report is sent to the owner with sales for the day.
